Responsibilities:
1. Review company’s accounts to ensure compliance with IFRS (Including Deferred Tax, Tax & Capital Allowances computation & related matter with the taxation).
2. Monitor and review documentation (All fixed assets movement – ensuring that new acquisitions and disposals are properly authorized and documented).
3. Preparation of the operation plan, yearly budget and monthly forecast.
4. Provide critical information, analysis and documentation for making strategic financial and resource allocation decisions.
5. To make recommendations to further operational efficiency and advise the Finance Manager on the unusual and non recurring transactions.

Requirements:
1. Possess university degree in a relevant discipline or professional accounting qualification (ie. ACCA/CPA/CIMA).
2. Minimum 3 years’ post qualification experience, preferably from an audit background.
3. Possess high degree of self-motivation; be result-oriented and able to work independently.
4. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Working knowledge of Ms. Excel and Word.
6. Knowledge of Group consolidation will be an added advantage. Familiarity with International Financial Reporting Standards.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:
1. Educational Qualification: B. Tech/MBA
2. The position would entail extensive client interaction and hence good verbal and written communication skills (both local language and English) are must.
3. A drive for excellence and achievement orientation are critical skills for this position. Person must be able to work independently and develop business in the country and support the Country Manager.
4. Should be self motivated and be able to handle multiple tasks and projects in different subject areas.
5. Fast learning is essential, as candidate would have to grasp the fundamentals of both technical and market-based aspects of the Carbon business quickly.
6. Candidate should be willing to travel across the country. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

8. Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Sales – Corporate or equivalent.
